What the public Fresha page does not expose
Shopstar never guesses at missing relationships. The review step explains these limits before anything is created.
- Fresha does not publicly map each service to its individual staff, so services use the full imported team until you refine them.
- Reviews without a public service match are skipped instead of being attached to the wrong product.
- Retail products and future appointments are not part of the public catalogue import.
- Descriptions and starts-at prices should be checked before publishing the draft products.

How to move from Fresha to Shopstar
Open your public Fresha venue page, copy its address, and paste it into the migration wizard on Shopstar’s Resources page. Shopstar reads the public catalogue that customers can already see; it never asks for your Fresha password.
You review every section before importing. Services and public options become draft booking products, team members become resources, opening hours become availability, and public venue imagery fills your media library and branding.
Fresha does not publish every relationship in its venue page. Shopstar therefore assigns imported services to the full imported team, flags starts-at prices, and skips reviews that cannot be matched to a service. Nothing is guessed, and every imported product stays in draft until you approve it.
