Ship with Bob Go: courier prices at checkout and one-click bookings

Connect your Bob Go account and customers can pick a courier at checkout, priced for their address. Then book the courier from the order, print the waybill, and tracking updates on its own.

  • Customers see the delivery options you set up in Bob Go, with the dates their parcel should arrive.
  • Book The Courier Guy, Pudo, Aramex and more from any order. The courier your customer chose is already picked.
  • When the courier collects and delivers the parcel, the order updates and your customer gets their tracking link.

Your orders and products, made for your phone

Every list on your phone now reads like a native app: one clear status on each row, your week's sales at a glance, and filters in one place.

  • Orders opens with your last 7 days of sales and a bar for each day.
  • Each order and product shows one plain status, like To pack or Running low, instead of several badges.
  • Swipe a row left for its actions, or tap Select to work on several at once.
  • The bottom bar is taller and easier to tap, and More now opens from the bottom of the screen.

Your dashboard now feels like an app on your phone: pages open straight away, and Home starts with today's sales and what needs doing.

  • Home on your phone shows today's sales, orders waiting to ship, your next booking and your newest orders.
  • The menu along the bottom stays put as you move around, and tapping an order slides it into view.

Scan to Pay is now built in

Your customers can now pay with Scan to Pay alongside card and Apple Pay. It is already switched on for your store, with nothing to set up.

  • Customers choose Scan to Pay, card or Apple Pay on the secure payment page.
  • Memberships still use a card, so renewals keep working.

Customers can now book several people into the same class, tasting or appointment in one checkout.

  • Customers choose how many people are coming and see the price per person and for the group, extras included.
  • Every person takes a place from your existing capacity, so you never overbook.
  • Group bookings arrive as one confirmation per session, and customers can adjust their group from the cart.

A refreshed Store theme

The Store theme now looks and works like a proper online shop, with your name, photos and products up front.

  • A header with your logo, search and cart stays in place as shoppers scroll.
  • Your collections sit in a menu under the header, so shoppers can jump straight to them.
  • Products show two per row on phones and four on computers, with big photos.
  • Shoppers can add simple products to their cart in one tap from your home page.
