Run your store from your phone

Your dashboard is much more comfortable on a small screen, with navigation under your thumb and more room to work.

  • Move between your dashboard, products, orders and analytics from the bar at the bottom of the screen. Everything else is one tap away in More.
  • Larger fields and tabs make editing easier, and Save buttons stay above the navigation.
  • Filters, extra stats and setup guides open when you need them and keep your place when you close them.

Refer a seller, earn 35% for life

Know someone who should be selling online? Share your link and earn 35% of what they pay Shopstar, for as long as they keep selling.

  • Find Refer & earn at the bottom of your sidebar for your personal link, ready to share on WhatsApp.
  • Watch visits, signups and earnings add up, store by store.
  • Add your bank details to get paid. There is no minimum payout.

Let customers personalise their order

Sell engravings, gift notes, names on jerseys. Customers type their text when they add to cart, and it follows the order all the way to you.

  • Turn on personalisation for any physical product with your own prompt, a character limit, and whether it's required.
  • Charge an optional fee per item, shown in the cart, at checkout and on the invoice.
  • The text stands out on the order, your new-order email, the packing slip and exports, so you get it exactly right.
  • Customers can edit their text from the cart and see it again on their confirmation.

Your staff get an email for every booking

Add an email address to a staff member or resource and they hear about new, moved and cancelled bookings straight away.

  • Each email includes the customer, time, location and a link to their calendar feed.
  • Switch it on or off under Staff Notifications, and edit the wording in your email editor.

Your store no longer has to show newest first. Drag products into place, feature the ones you want noticed, or pick an automatic sort like best selling.

Unpaid checkouts get an automatic nudge

When a shopper starts checkout but does not pay, we send one friendly reminder an hour later with a link back to their payment.

  • Each checkout gets one reminder at most, so shoppers are never pestered.
  • Switch it off any time under Checkout settings. You can still send reminders yourself from Abandoned checkouts.
